International Customers: What countries do you deliver to / I canít find my country in the Delivery Country options?

You can select your delivery country via a dropdown menu during the checkout process. If your country is not listed, unfortunately we are unable to offer delivery to your country – this due to distribution agreements with our warehouse and delivery service partners and is unfortunately beyond our control.

The delivery label is automatically generated from the address you type into your delivery details when you place your order, so please be careful to check you have entered your address correctly and fully. You are responsible for getting this right. We are not responsible for non-delivery if you have entered your address incorrectly.

Russian Customers
We received this correspondence from our Russian carrier, which means we are unfortunately unable to ship to Russia at the present time.

"Moscow customs have recently introduced very strict controls on the import of non-document shipments. They are particularly concentrating on ensuring goods to private individuals are both properly described and valued on the commercial invoice.

As a result, most of our competitors have suspended moving shipments to private individuals in Russia. Businesses wishing to ship have therefore turned to us, but the customs restrictions, the length of time customs are having to work on shipments to private individuals and consequently the amount of shipments we have to put on hold to resolve discrepancies is more than we are currently able to satisfactorily process. We have therefore decided that we must also temporarily suspend non-document shipments to private individuals within Russia"
