Please note that the U.S. Ceelo Store is run separately from the other international Ceelo Stores on this site. This Help centre and customer services contact form is for the Non-US stores only.
If you ordered from the U.S. Store (i.e. from ceelogreen.com/us-store.htm and received and order confirmation email from email@example.com), the webstore is powered by TopSpin and your physical products will be delivered and Customer Service supported by Audiolife.

How do I cancel my order?
Please first read "Can I return products for a refund? / Returns Policy"
If your order is eligible as per the Returns Policy, to cancel your order:
1) Contact Customer Services via the Contact Us Directly link below this answer, quoting i) ‘Order Cancellation’ in the Email Subject line and ii) your order number in the body of the email and they'll take care of it.
The only way to cancel an order is through the customer services team via this method.
2) If your order has not been dispatched yet, the Customer Services team will issue the refund directly and confirm with you. If your order has already been dispatched, processing of your cancellation will be subject to the Returns Policy and you may have to return the order to us before the cancellation and refund can be processed by the Customer Services team. They will advise you if this is the case.
Please note due to business hours and the variable size of the customer services ticket queue, please be aware this unfortunately can often happen even if you send your cancellation request fairly quickly after placing the order.
Downloads purchased are non-refundable (unless the concert is cancelled or rescheduled by the Promotor) and non-exchangeable.
