Please note that the U.S. Ceelo Store is run separately from the other international Ceelo Stores on this site. This Help centre and customer services contact form is for the Non-US stores only.
If you ordered from the U.S. Store (i.e. from ceelogreen.com/us-store.htm and received and order confirmation email from firstname.lastname@example.org), the webstore is powered by TopSpin and your physical products will be delivered and Customer Service supported by Audiolife.

You can enter discount/promotional codes in the Redeem A Voucher Code section in the Checkout pages of the store when you are completing your order.
Redemption Codes: If you are using a code to redeem an item you have already paid for elsewhere, please note that you may have been given a specific webpage URL to use your Redemption Code rather than the Checkout – the code will therefore not work in the Redeem A Voucher Code section in the Checkout pages, but only on the specified webpage URL.
Fanclubs: If you have a discount code related to a fan club or subscription service, your discount code will be linked to your account/login for this service - so you will need to be logged in to the fan club for the discount code to work on the checkout.
If you are experiencing problems redeeming a voucher:
- Please ensure that you are inputting the whole voucher code, and haven’t included any extra spaces by mistake (a common problem if you copy and paste voucher codes).
- Your voucher may have expired or there may be other conditions to use. Please go back to where you received the Promotional Code and check the details for specific information (for example, a specific webpage URL to use the code rather than the Redeem A Voucher Code section on the Checkout)
